A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to be paid within 7 days of booking confirmation. Confirmation will be sent via email. If the customer wishes to cancel you must notify us via email. There will be a charge depending on when we are informed
- More than 14 days before booking date will not incur a fee, with the exception of the 20% non-refundable fee.
- Within 8 – 14 days before booking date will require 50% of overall fee.
- Within 7 days before booking date will require 100% of overall fee.
The full balance will be required at latest 7 days before the party. This can be paid as one lump sum or arranged into instalments. Any delay in payment may result in additional charges or cancellation of the event.
Fees outlined include party size of up to 20 children. We are more than happy to cater for larger parties such as a full class, there will be an added fee (amount depending on party package) per child to cover craft materials, certificate and insurance. We make every effort to include younger children that attend a party aimed for older children but we do require that their parent or carer assists for safety reasons. It is very important that you keep us updated if there is a change of numbers as it does effect insurance. If on the day there are more children than expected we will have to take additional fee before we can start.
Any party held outside of a 15 mile radius of York City Centre, will require an additional charge to cover petrol at 35p per mile.
We will view venues before the day of booking to undertake a general safety and suitability assessment where possible. If we are using a residence we ask that you make us aware of any potential risks. Janet and Cassie have public liability insurance through Equity as well as DBS certificate and first aid training. Any additional performers we use will all be equity members as well as DBS checked.
